Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our corporate office team. This role will be instrumental in developing and managing print and digital assets, campaigns, and paid media advertisements to enhance our brand presence and drive recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Digital Marketing

  • Execute digital marketing strategies under the guidance of the Vice President of Marketing & Strategic Development.
  • Collaborate on the development of multi-part digital marketing campaigns, including email drip campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including automation, reporting, and content suggestions.
  • Design weekly email marketing campaigns to support regional growth campaigns.
  • Utilize existing templates to update and create two monthly newsletters.
  • Generate updated email lists for all campaigns.
  • Engage with clients, candidates, and partners through digital communication channels.
  • Write compelling copy for emails and ads, utilizing SEO and PPC best practices.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine and improve campaigns.
  • Assist in developing creative assets and copy for social media content.
  • Creates flyers, brochures, and other print materials as needed.
  • Review creative assets and update for Google Ads to ensure optimal performance.
  • Update website content and visual assets, manage incoming leads from site and assist with reporting.


Administrative Support

  • Assist with document formatting, branding, and other miscellaneous marketing tasks.
  • Support the marketing team with various projects, events, and tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field required.
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, and Constant Contact or other email automation tools required.
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with copywriting for SEO/PPC and familiarity with project management software a plus.
