As a Customer Service Rep Tax (Seasonal) working from home, you will:Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guideHelp customers resolve basic technical issuesTrack, document, and retrieve information in databasesOffer additional products and/or servicesDeliver expert customer experienceswith a smile.Your qualifications.
