We value your hard work; as the business grows, we offer the opportunity for your compensation to growJob OverviewAs the Studio Manager, you will report directly to the franchise owner. You will be responsible for managing the Studios business in all aspects and are expected to dedicate your full-time and best efforts to your position. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the below:ResponsibilitiesHires, trains, and schedules all studio sales staffManages, develops, evaluates, and executes the performance of all studio sales and trains staff for continued success and future growthRegularly attends training, bringing lessons learned back to sales staff for implementation.Regularly attends sessions to know and understand productManages daily operations, including client and staff concerns in a fast-paced fitness studioWorks directly with the corporate to increase studio utilization and workout trafficPromotes the studio and brand through social media efforts by directing staff to participate in campaignsHas a regular cadence of meetings and training with the team to ensure continued development and completion of goalsExecutes and coordinates the companys marketing and ongoing sales drivers (pre-sale events, studio events, outreach)Manages any disciplinary actions involving studio employeesResponsible for meeting performance metrics (KPIs), revenue, ordering, inventory, payroll, and facilities maintenanceMeets or exceeds personal sales goal as well as studio total goalActs as brand ambassador for community engagement, lead generation, networking, and collaboration.Ensure compliance with policies, business practices, systems, and device settings.Qualifications2+ years of Fitness Industry Sales experience2+ years of Customer Service experience1+ years of Boutique Fitness management experienceMinimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenueAs a Studio Manager, You ArePassionate, positive, and detail-oriented team playerStrong interpersonal communicator and experienced coach or leaderA collaborator who wants to be a part of a world-class franchise brand in the fitness sectorExcited by growth opportunities and the potential to make a big impactSuccess-driven, motivated, and has a growth mindsetPerks & BenefitsFree Coaching SessionsPaid Time OffOpportunity For Benefit OptionsThis BODY20 franchised studio is independently owned and operated under license by BODY20 Global USA LLC ("Franchisor").
