Be the LPN You've Always Wanted to Be Your important role involves: Delivering direct patient care in line with personalized care plans and physician orders. Monitoring patient behaviors, vital signs, and responses to treatments. Collaborating with Registered Nurses to communicate findings and implement care plans. Building meaningful relationships with patients to understand their holistic needs for effective recovery. Celebrating the victories of patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. Qualifications: Current LPN licensure as mandated by state regulations. CPR certification. Preferred: One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting. Preferred: Experience in rehabilitation settings.
