Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 10-hour rotating shifts (Days, Evenings, Nights) with call and weekend requirements. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist specialized in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CV-OR) procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in CV-OR, as well as experience in general, ortho, neuro, vascular, trauma, robotics, and heart transplant surgeries. This position involves both performing surgical tasks and providing assistance in various aspects of surgical care. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgeries. Assist in patient positioning and prepping for procedures. Hand instruments and supplies to surgeons during procedures. Ensure all surgical instruments are accounted for post-operation. Respond promptly to calls and work weekends as required. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in CV-OR within the last 3 years. At least 1 year of experience in Level 1 Trauma. Recent travel experience in surgical settings (minimum of 1 year). MUST hold certification with NCCT-TS-C or NBSTSA-CST. Experience with Cardiac Robotics, LVAD, and heart transplant procedures. Why ARMStaffing?
