Gill Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram | GMC is a family-owned and operated local automotive dealership proudly serving Madera and surrounding counties. We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable/Accounting. It is vital that applicants can establish and maintain working relationships with our management team, employees, vendors, and clients.Essential Functions:Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoicesReconcile AR accounts weekly/monthly and provide required aging reports to managementReconcile AR accounting schedules, resolve discrepancies, make necessary journal entries, and create reportsPrepare monthly statements and send them to customersMatching invoices/Reconciling vendor statementsEntering invoices into the system and posting for paymentProcess 1099’s at year-endMaintain all vendor filesUpdate and create various Excel spreadsheetsFiling of invoicesMust be able to follow precise deadlinesMust have excellent communication and organizational skillsMinimum two years of accounts receivable/payable experienceOther duties as assignedPay Scale: Base hourly rate ranges between $18.00 - $24.00The Gill Auto Group is an equal-opportunity employer.
