Growing, highly respected civil litigation firm is seeking an associate attorney with 1+ years of experience to join our legal team. Applicant must be currently licensed to practice in Arizona.

You will engage in a variety of substantive work including managing and supervising your litigation case files, defending and taking depositions, writing and arguing motions and preparing for trial. You will have an opportunity for greater levels of independence and experience to develop case strategy.

Any of the following are a plus for a candidate:

· Civil litigation experience, specifically in insurance defense.

· Knowledge of or familiarity with construction defect, general liability, or personal injury defense work.

· Courtroom experience.
