They will work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized financial plans, ensuring their long-term financial success. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Certifications: CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) required; CFA, CPA, or other relevant designations are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or investment advisory roles. Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro). Strong knowledge of investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax-efficient wealth management. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and portfolio management tools.
