The Director, Customer Master Data Governance is responsible for leading the strategy, governance, and operational excellence of customer master data across the US Medical Product and Distribution organization as a key part of the Distribution Enablement team. This critical role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of customer data, enabling optimized commercial execution, compliance, and sustained business growth./ppResponsibilities:/pulliDevelop and execute the strategic roadmap for customer master data management across the USMPD organization./liliRecruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team responsible for customer master data maintenance, quality, and governance./liliEnsure master data initiatives are strategically aligned with overarching business objectives and regulatory compliance standards./liliEffectively communicate data quality metrics, insights, and business impact to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders./liliFoster strong cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Finance, IT, Compliance, and other key departments to ensure customer data supports critical business needs./liliDrive strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing data quality, promoting data stewardship, and optimizing data integration processes./liliSet clear performance objectives, provide comprehensive training, and foster career development for team members./liliLeverage data insights to guide strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for process optimization and business growth./liliPrioritize and oversee the timely execution of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives./liliDrive consensus and alignment across business units on customer data definitions, hierarchies, and governance strategies./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliBachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Systems, Data Science) or equivalent practical experience preferred./liliProgressive leadership experience in master data management, data governance, and/or data quality frameworks, preferably within a large enterprise environment./liliDemonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and maturing data governance and data quality programs./liliProven ability to strategically influence and persuade key cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership teams./liliExceptional critical thinking, strategic innovation, and decisive problem-solving skills, particularly in ambiguous or complex situations./liliStrong leadership and supervisory skills, with a proven track record of building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams./liliExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data concepts and business impacts effectively to diverse audiences, including senior management./liliDemonstrated ability to drive consensus and collaboration within a team environment to achieve desired results./liliExperience leading large-scale programs and initiatives with a high degree of accountability and successful outcomes./liliProficiency in navigating organizational change management and fostering a culture of data stewardship./liliStrong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data./liliAbility to work from the Dublin, OH office 3x per week, if local to the area./li/ulpAnticipated salary range: $105,600 - $188,500.
