Responsibility:

The eCommerce Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales-related data to increase the overall productivity and effectiveness of the Sales team.


  •  Analytics and KPIs: Regular review and tracking of sales, promotions, advertising campaigns and KPIs and report to the sales team (SPA and/or DSP experience a plus). Develop strategy for future promo/advertising schedules based on sales analysis. Provide analysis of new opportunities, develop recommendations on estimated volume, monthly turn. Analysis may include inline business, comp shops, line review prep.


  • Inventory and Forecast Management: Review sales trends to determine on hand inventory needs for retail customers.


  • Sales Support: Works closely with the sales team to ensure new items are live, fully enriched, optimized. Provide cross functional support for Marketing, Purchasing, and Sales on data, forecasting, and issue resolution.



  •  eCommerce Experience: Leads process to have best-in-class content across e-commerce platforms, monitoring SEO proficiency. Conduct regular .com audits to determine gaps to optimize PDPs. Works closely with the content team to ensure content is syndicated appropriately for each retailer. Troubleshoot errors with the appropriate retailer support team or internal Champion team to successfully launch new products and campaigns as well as the best-in-class online presence of a full catalog. Occasional item, brand store, below the fold maintenance as needed.


Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience with at least two of the following: Amazon Vendor Central, Home Depot IDM, Lowes, Walmart Item360, and Syndigo.
  • In-office position in our Las Vegas, NV headquarters. This position is not open to remote.
  • Must be highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to effectively balance competing priorities.
  • The ability to troubleshoot and provide effective and timely solutions is a must.
