Responsibilities may include managing and supervising to education program staff and direct reports; planning, organizing, developing and implementing a wide range of training activities and conferences; overseeing training records, resources and supplies; working with committees to determine education needs, and creation and delivery of education; using evaluation mechanisms to monitor effectiveness of education; and determining resource need for education; preparing and monitoring education budget and expenditures. Facilitating training as assigned or needed. Experience in and/or knowledge of the Nebraska Judicial Branch and supervisory experience are strongly preferred.
