Overview:

We are searching for a proactive Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our operations team. As a Jr. SFA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the configuration and maintenance of Salesforce systems, contributing to data governance efforts, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of our Salesforce environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing Salesforce architecture by following established best practices and providing support to internal business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, contribute to platform roadmap development, and translate priorities into actionable solutions, with a focus on enhancing user experience.
  • Support in configuring and maintaining Salesforce systems, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups, to ensure optimal integration and functionality.
  • Assist in importing and managing sales department leads, contacts, and other essential data and metrics within Salesforce.
  • Contribute to technology implementation efforts by assisting in the development of standard terminologies, accounts, views, pipelines, and dashboards.
  • Support data management, security, privacy, and governance initiatives to enhance Salesforce data quality and compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in developing and refining sales funnels, sales processes, and monitoring forecasts, performance, and visibility within Salesforce.
  • Aid in the creation of dashboards and analytics to provide insights into various aspects of the business, from opportunity identification to revenue recognition.
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to facilitate user training and platform adaptation.


Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves):

  • Must possess an active/current Salesforce Admin 201: Administrative Essentials for New Admins certification (certification verification is required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud is a must; familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce configuration changes, including workflows, process builders, fields, page layouts, record types, and reports.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce integration principles and experience with integrating third-party systems.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies


Preferred Skills & Qualifications (nice-to-haves):

  • Familiarity with Visualforce Pages, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, or other Salesforce development tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with various stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and end-users, to achieve common goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to expand knowledge and skills in Salesforce administration through self-directed learning, participation in training programs, and seeking mentorship opportunities.
