Job Title: High School TherapistLocation: North Brunswick, NJPay Rate: $40-$45/hr (LPC, LCSW) or $33-$38/hr (LAC, LSW)Schedule: M-F: 7:30am-3:30pm (30 minute unpaid lunch - 37.5 hours paid per week)Duration: 6 Month Contract with potential extensions (Temp) Must-haves1-3+ years of experience as an LPC or LCSWMasters Degree in mental health related fieldExperience with adolescent and child based behavioral health therapyExperience with anxiety and depression disorders, drug addiction, suicide prevention therapyExperience working an coordinating with parentsExperience documenting crisis reportsAbility to work well with a team of other therapists and school faculty membersPlussesExperience working onsite as a high school therapist Day-to-Day:Insight Global is looking for a Mental Health Clinician, either a licensed LSW, LCSW, LAC or LPC, for our higher education customer in New Jersey. This person will be consulted out to local NJ school programs to help provide onsite mental health therapy and support for their student population. This role will be 100% focused on adolescent and child patients. The therapy will consist of anxiety and depression disorders, suicide prevention, drug addiction, and other disorders. This role will include working with the onsite staff and other psychologists at each school. This person may need to present the impact of additional therapy support to the school. We are looking for someone who will work very well with other stakeholders and team members to provide overarching support for the patient population.Compensation$33/hr to $45/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
