AR Clerk/ Accounts Receivable Clerk Monitor customer credit limits to determine the release of daily sales orders Responsibilities: Review sale orders that require manual release due to credit limits Communicate with customers that exceed limits Update and issue daily credit hold lists to relevant departments Assist with research account disputes and billing discrepancies Assist with credit investigations as needed Performs other duties as assigned Uses good judgement. Demonstrates ability to clearly isolate and define problems. Requirements: Previous AR Credit Experience Basic understanding of the Credit Process Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
