- Evangelical is seeking a board-certified family medicine or med/peds trained physician to provide administrative oversight over the Primary Care Service Line; service line consists of twenty-two (22) providers across three counties.
- Minimum of five (5) years post residency experience in primary care and demonstrated leadership abilities required.
- Physician role designed with 70% clinical delivery and 30% administrative responsibility. Practice location opportunities include Middleburg or Mifflinburg.
- Ambulatory practice setting only; full-scope practice; no OB; minor procedures done in office; specialists available for referrals and consults in all fields.
- Optional Geriatrics portion includes working at local SNFs.
- Practice based expanded care team; Uses Epic EMR which is fully integrated with the Hospital.
- Call coverage 1:8, one full week rotation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive straight base compensation model.
