Accounts Payable- Part TimeWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk to support our finance team on a part-time, temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong data entry skills who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking for limited working hours.Responsibilities:Accurately enter vendor invoices into the accounts payable system.Collaborate with existing AP staff to ensure timely and accurate processing.Maintain organized records of invoices and related documentation.Assist with other clerical tasks as needed within the AP department.Essential Skills:1+ year of accounts payable experience.Experience in manufacturing or healthcare sectors.Proficiency in invoice entry, data entry, and invoice reconciliation.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Prior experience in accounts payable or data entry preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Work Environment:This position requires working onsite with a part-time schedule. The normal hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility to accommodate a schedule of 16 hours a week, potentially increasing. The project has the potential to last 12+ months.Job Type & Location:This is a Contract position based out of Brookfield, WI.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
