Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team player, & great customer service skills. Honesty, reliability and being trustworthy are things we look for most as a member of our team. Some of the expectations we have are the Ability to work multiple phone lines, multi-tasking, meeting or exceed key metrics, ability to create work orders, write estimates, and prioritize the customer's primary concern. At Midas we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis and repair utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.We are looking for automotive service managers to manage and direct all service department activities of a retail store engaged in selling tires and related automotive parts and mechanical services. This position is a Store Manager developmental role. Midas is committed to training our associates and promoting from within the organization.ResponsibilitiesAs a Midas automotive service advisor, some of the responsibilities include:Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customersFollowing up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendationsbuilding computerized repair orders and sourcing partsDeliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specialsOversee technicians' inspections, diagnosing and repairing of domestic, European and Asian cars and light trucksOverall cleanliness and organization of the facilityOther duties as assignedQualificationsA minimum of 2 years of automotive service sales experienceComprehensive automotive knowledgeExcellent customer service dispositionGood communication skillsPunctual attendanceAbility to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidaysValid driver's licenseCompensation: $46,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year
