About Our Client: We are a prominent Builder Developer specializing in new luxury multifamily construction. As we continue to grow exponentially due to a robust pipeline of projects, we are seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to be an integral part of our success story in Orlando, FL


Role Overview: This role is 100% local to Orlando, offering the unique opportunity to work directly for a developer on exciting ground-up projects within the multifamily space. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for managing projects from inception to completion, this role is could be for you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee an average of 2+ ground-up multifamily projects and project teams. Projects including garden-style and mid-rise developments.
  • Manage wood-frame construction of 250/350+ units with amenities, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Contribute to our exciting company culture and make your mark by leading, mentoring, and challenging project teams

Requirements:

  • Currently working for a General Contractor or Developer.
  • Proven experience in multifamily projects.
  • Ability to manage and develop a project from cradle to grave.
  • Ability to manage project teams
  • Expertise in wood-frame construction.
