Location: Hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday) in Bolingbrook, IL

Pay: up to $44 an hour/ DOE


Our client in the Beauty and Retail space has a need for a Business Analyst This contract role will be for roughly 6 months, 40 hours a week and does require a hybrid schedule out of their offices in Bolingbrook.


Business Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Support business partners both internal and external through business requirements, documentation, enhancements, and implementation.
  • Support the Merchandising, MP&I, and eCommerce team through the use of the merchandise system to ensure that it is properly functioning, processing data, and results.
  • Define system settings to ensure accurate performance and troubleshoot/ solve issues that arise.
  • Review and implement changes in the system parameters and formats.
  • Address daily tickets and resolve tickets or escalate to the right person.
  • Implement consistent processes and resolutions for daily work tickets while adhering to SLA.
  • Participate in UAT and troubleshooting of systems like SAP and PIM.
  • Assist Master Data team to ensure correct, consistent and complete Master Data that adheres to enterprise data governance fundamentals.
  • Work cross functionally with IT to assist in the translation of technical concepts into non-technical terms.


Business Analyst Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience direct work in BA, process improvement/ best practices.
  • BA or BS degree.
  • Working knowledge of Merchandising, eCommerce, Omni-Channel, and Supply Chain systems and processes.
  • An understanding of applied knowledge of applications development methodologies (SDLC).
  • Any experience with SAP and PIM/PXM systems would be ideal.
