As the Mortgage Fulfillment Manager, you will monitor workflows and queues to ensure service levels are met, develop process improvements, and/or actively seek methods to streamline business processes and manage and set goals for a team.Position LocationsPhoenix, AZTampa, FLSt. Louis, MOPlano, TXMoorpark, CAPasadena, CAEssential DutiesEffectively leverage resources to monitor queue performance, identify patterns and trends causing issues, and work toward business solutions.Develop new and more innovative, efficient processes to improve overall end-to-end cycle times or improve quality.Support, recommend, and implement technology initiatives.Be responsible for communicating monthly results to Management on departmental performance objectives.Act as the main point of escalation for all issues within the function.Perform capacity and staff planning to ensure adequate service levels are met.Perform other related duties as required and assigned.Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.5+ years of relevant work experience.Mortgage experience is a plus.Skills and Job-Specific CompetenciesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint).Travel RequirementsNo travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to, education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training.
