Responsibilities

• Locate, repair, and maintain Fiber optic cable services.
• Understand Fiber splicing procedures.
• Installations of FTTH and FTTB
• Provide an exceptional experience to the customer
• Validate and test end-to-end service provisions for cable networks.
• Complete work orders and other documentation via paper or electronically on time

Required Skills

• The ability to arrive at work on time and attire in alignment with the company dress code.
• Proven ability to maintain a clean and hazard-free work vehicle and environment.
• Advanced TCP/IP configuration and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
