This role requires exceptional leadership to coordinate, plan, and supervise craft superintendents, contractors, and craft activities. The Superintendent IV will oversee multiple discipline superintendents and scopes of work ranging from $20MM to $50MM in direct construction, with minimal guidance from senior leadership.Candidates must be willing to travel as project needs require.Key ResponsibilitiesDirectly manage construction activities to meet specifications, budget, and scheduleLead complex to highly complex projectsCoordinate, plan, and supervise craft superintendents, contractors, and craft activitiesOversee multiple discipline superintendents and scopes of work ranging from $20MM to $50MM in direct constructionQualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 15 years of construction experienceAdditional QualificationsProven ability to lead and mentor teamsDemonstrated success managing construction scope on mid- to large-sized projectsDesign/Build experience preferredStrong understanding of project specifications and ability to identify field deviationsSuperior planning skills, including proficiency with Lean tools for scheduling, constructability, and sequencingProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and mobile devices (iPad or handheld)Experience with project management software; PlanGrid experience highly desiredFamiliarity with VDC applications a plusDiscipline-specific expertise (Mechanical, Electrical, Piping/Plumbing, Automation, I&C)
