Position: Associate Attorney

Job Description: We are looking for a self-starter with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree who has either passed the bar exam or is preparing to take it soon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for law and a desire to grow within a supportive, community-focused firm. The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with clients, providing expert legal advice and services across various practice areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support and services in estate planning, real estate, business law, agriculture law, and mediation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, demonstrating active listening and sensitivity to their needs.
• Collaborate with attorney to expand the capacity of the firm to bridge the gap between financial planning and estate planning.
• Take on responsibilities with a willingness to grow and develop within the firm.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Passed the bar exam or planning to take it soon.
• Excellent communication skills and active listening abilities.
• A welcoming, relatable, and personable demeanor.
• Sensitivity and compassion, particularly regarding estate planning.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Experience in family law, real estate, or estate planning is a plus, but not required.
