Responsibilities:

- Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.

- Structure regular check-ins with project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Handle escalations with clients, internal teams, and onshore/offshore delivery.

- Work closely with sales teams to identify and explore new opportunities within existing accounts.


Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in client services, customer relationship management, project management, or related fields.

- Proven experience in B2B client relationship management and project management, particularly in a technology, operations, or digital services environment.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient with relevant project management tools and software.


Eligibility Requirements:

- 8 years of experience working in the financial services industry, preferably within banking or investment management businesses.

- 5 years of experience in client service, customer relationship management, project management, or related fields.

- 3 years of experience working with globally distributed teams.

- 2 years of experience in client-lifecycle functions (e.g., client onboarding, know your customer, client due diligence, anti-money laundering, financial crimes) or client-regulatory initiatives.


They are seeking candidates within a hybrid commuting distance of either New York Metro, Charlotte Metro, Raleigh Metro, or Chicago Metro areas. This opportunity is offering a competitive base salary + bonus + benefits.
