Data Operations Lead - 12 Month Contract - Hybrid, Beaverton Oregon - W2 ONLY

Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Operations Engineer to support and maintain data product solutions that consume fast-moving streams from eCommerce, retail, and partner channels. You will play a key role in improving customer engagement through automation, standardized processes, and proactive support. This role involves developing reliable solutions, managing support processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain support processes for Data & AI Operations.
  • Develop and manage data visualizations and reports using Tableau or similar tools.
  • Identify and prioritize tasks to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Mentor and onboard team members.
  • Drive proactive engagement to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience developing scalable data products.
  • 2+ years of experience with Python, Airflow, and commercial cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficiency in database systems like Databricks, Snowflake, or Teradata.
  • Familiarity with Agile, preferably SAFe methodology.
  • Experience with Tableau
