Order Picker/PullerImmediate openings for 2nd shift Order Picker/Pullers in Fulton, MO.Order Picker/Puller Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Fill merchandise orders from stores by selecting and moving merchandise from pick slot to conveyorLoad outgoing merchandise from conveyor and/or four-wheel truck into trailerReport damages and/or vendor compliance issues to supervisorPartner with supervisor to resolve problems or discrepanciesMeet safety, productivity, and quality standardsPerform other related duties and responsibilities as assignedOrder Picker/Puller Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent preferredExperience working in an automated distribution center preferredExperience with warehouse management systems applications preferredCommunication skills sufficient to communicate with co-workers; to understand and provide directions; to respond to management inquiries; and to make entries on reports and recordsBasic knowledge of simple math conceptsAbility to use a Radio Frequency UnitAbility to learn basic knowledge of use and operations of motorized merchandise movement equipmentAbility to maintain annual certification requirementsQps Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
