Over a course of 10-12 weeks, our interns will get to collaborate on various significant projects that impact Prologis' business landscape. Students will have the opportunity to interact and connect with leaders within the company and build workplace acumen through various seminars and Q&A sessions. If you are interested in joining our Prologis team for a summer internship, please apply to our open posting.Investment Analyst Program (IAP) Location(s): San Francisco, CADuties and responsibilities:Build Financial Models for Acquisitions: Develop discounted cash flow models to analyze returns for potential acquisition opportunities, gaining hands-on experience in financial modeling and investment analysis.Create Proforma Models for Development Projects: Assist in building proforma models for potential build-to-suit or speculative development projects, contributing to the evaluation and planning of new investments.Manage Sales Comparison Database: Compile and maintain a comprehensive database of sales comparables across markets to support analysis of regional trends and property values.Maintain Base Case Models for Land Bank: Prepare and update base case proforma models for existing land bank assets to assist in ongoing property management and evaluation.Provide Cross-Departmental Support: Collaborate with teams and departments globally to assist with investment analysis projects and share insights that support business decisions.Tell us if you're ready:Currently enrolled in an undergraduate (rising sophomores - seniors) or graduate programProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFor technical roles: experience with relevant tools such as Argus, Tableau, R, Java, SQL, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, or similarStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail, professionalism, and integrityMotivated by curiosity with a strong desire to learn and growCreative mindset and openness to tackling new challengesCollaborative team player with a supportive approachUndergraduate Hiring Hourly Pay: $25-30/HourGraduate Hiring Hourly Pay: $35-40/HourHourly pay to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, and skills, as well as internal pay equity and alignment with market data.People FirstEach of us working at Prologis plays an essential role in the enduring success of our company.
