Relationship ManagerWe are currently seeking a Relationship Manager in our Commercial Real Estate group. This individual will be responsible for all phases of relationship management and business development. They will examine, evaluate, authorize or recommend approval of customer applications for commercial real estate loans.As an East West Bank employee, you will be part of a growing and stable organization that provides career path development opportunities while serving a growing and profitable market. Relationship Manager duties (not limited to) will include:Develop relationships with middle market/commercial real estate clientsManage and maintain existing customer relationshipsNegotiate approved terms conditions with borrowersAcquire qualified referrals from existing clients and investorsCross sell bank products and servicesAdminister existing loan portfoliosExtensive relationship managementAnalyze financial statements and perform underwriting dutiesBuild successful relationships with retail banking partnersIdentifies and analyze potential loan markets to develop prospects for commercial loansAdvise loan manager of external factors that may affect establishment lending policies, such as new or revised legislation and regulationsRecommend and implement appropriate changes to establish policies and proceduresManage and lead team of relationship managers and support staffOther duties as assignedQualifications:10+ years CRE lending and portfolio management experienceStrong finance backgroundStrong knowledge base in Treasury, FX, and Derivative productsProven sales track record and strong negotiation skillsBachelor's degree in banking, finance, or other related fieldThe base pay range for this position is USD $70,000.00/Yr. - USD $220,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
