Marketing Operations & Automation ManagerSpecterOps is seeking a Marketing Operations & Automation Manager to unify our marketing automation and data reporting functions. This role blends deep Marketo automation expertise with strong analytics and lead scoring capabilities. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Marketo, building sophisticated lead scoring models, and developing comprehensive reporting and forecasting dashboards. You will ensure that our marketing engine is both automated and data-driven, bridging the gap between RevOps, SalesOps, and Growth Marketing.Salary: base salary annually, commensurate with experience.Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. with optional travel quarterly for in person company events and other ad hoc meetings.Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we currently do not sponsor immigration visas.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage Marketo end-to-end, including program design, lifecycle automation, lead routing, and nurture flows.Implement and maintain robust lead scoring models that align with product engagement and buyer intent.Design and execute automated campaigns for top-of-funnel nurture, demo-to-POC acceleration, and ABM programs.Data Reporting & AnalyticsBuild and maintain reporting dashboards in Tableau or Power BI, providing clear pipeline visibility, funnel conversion metrics, and forecasting insights.Develop and implement forecasting models and attribution frameworks to measure marketing impact.Own data quality and integration integrity across Marketo, Salesforce, CDPs, enrichment providers, and website tracking.Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as Marketing's technical stakeholder with RevOps/SalesOps to align on routing, scoring, funnel definitions, and pipeline modeling.Support field marketing, ABM, and campaign teams with technical execution, lead management, and data reporting.Act as the technical stakeholder for both automation reliability and analytics accuracy.Requirements57+ years in a combined Marketing Automation and Marketing Ops/Data role.Expert-level Marketo experience, including automation design, lead scoring, and lifecycle workflows.Proficiency in Tableau/Power BI for building marketing dashboards.Strong SQL skills and experience in building data models and attribution frameworks.Experience aligning technical solutions with GTM strategies and working cross-functionally with RevOps, Sales, and PMM.Desire to embody our core values of passionate curiosity, consistent improvement, empathy, sustainability, humility, and empowerment through transparency.What We OfferHealth/Dental/Vision/life insurance: 100% covered for both the employee and their familyFlexible time off policy13 paid holidays annually401(k) with up to 4% company matchStock Options & semi-annual bonusesRemote work: $1,500 new hire allowance to set up home office$500 annual home office allowance after first year$1,800 annual cell phone and internet reimbursement$5,000 annual professional development allowance$5,250 towards continuing education or student loan repayment$1,200 annual budget for lifestyle, wellness, pet insurance and moreA one-time $10,000 benefit towards family planningIn person and virtual employee events throughout the yearAnd of course, company swagAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
