This Epic Applications Analyst plays a critical role in the implementation and installation of Epic applications, module upgrades, new components and modifications. This position is responsible for workflow configurations, go-live support, and on-going client support. You are also responsible for configuring application settings and validating configurations. This position is a expert role in Epic Practice Management system products. As an Application Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business processes, and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Epic Wisdom applications.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Application Analyst, with a focus on Epic Wisdom.Epic Wisdom certification is highly preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with healthcare information systems in a clinical setting is a plus. Key CompetenciesLeading, coordinating, and facilitating effective meetingsStrong communication skillsUser focused design and data visualization skillsProficiency and demonstrated experience with analytics toolsFamiliarity with Epic applicationsUnderstanding of system build, end user workflows, and patterns of useResponsibilities:Epic Wisdom Implementation:Lead the end-to-end setup and implementation of the Epic Wisdom system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including clinical staff, IT professionals, and business analysts, to gather requirements and customize the system accordingly.Configuration and Customization:Configure Epic Wisdom modules to meet the specific needs and workflows of our healthcare organization.Implement customizations and enhancements to optimize system performance and usability.Training and Knowledge Transfer:Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new Epic Wisdom system.Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to internal teams, empowering them to effectively manage and maintain the system post-implementation. Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with the IT team to integrate Epic Wisdom with existing infrastructure and other healthcare information systems.Provide regular updates on implementation progress, addressing challenges and ensuring effectiveEpic Wisdom System Support:Provide day-to-day support for the Epic Wisdom application, addressing end-user issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring system stability.Collaborate with technical teams to resolve any infrastructure-related issues affecting the Epic Wisdom system.
