``` - Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to determine their occupational therapy needs. - Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their daily living skills and achieve their goals. - Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' motor skills, coordination, balance, and strength. - Teach patients adaptive techniques and strategies to maximize their independence in activities of daily living. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes. - Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely.

```Requirements:

``` - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. - Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist. - Proven experience in case management, occupational health, or patient service is preferred. - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy. - Experience working with diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and acute care settings such as ICU. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
