We seek a 0-5 year attorney experienced in personal injury litigation, particularly with defense experience, to join our Tallahassee office. This position will require independent decision-making and the ability to co-direct case strategy. All candidates must be ready and able to handle the full range of case work, from case inception through trial, including but not limited to factual investigation, discovery and depositions, complex motion practice including dispositive motions and pre-trial motions, and participation in civil jury trials. This position is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to take an active role in managing their own cases while working in close partnership with other attorneys and members of the team.
Applicant requirements include:
-Admission to Florida Bar;
-Strong academic credentials;
-Significant practical experience in case management and all aspects of civil litigation;
-The ability to manage your own work load independently;
-Strong work ethic; and
-Attention to detail.
