We pack out product, set to plan-o-gram, report out-of-stock, place shelf tags, conduct resets and install new fixtures. We build relationships with Retail Management and provide customer's shopping guidance of our product lines we merchandise.Responsibilities include:Complete all assigned projects within designated territoryParticipate in weekly conference callsComplete all call report questions and take pictures with your smartphone or tabletBuild and develop strong relationships/partnerships with retail store management at each accountComplete all types of merchandising activitiesInstalls (set and build)Resets (read and understand Plan-o-grams)New item Cut-insSignage PlacementConduct out-of-stock reports, inventories and process returnsAuditsCover stores outside of designated territory on as needed basis and/or vacation coverageAbility to use web portal reporting systems from wireless tablet/phoneQualifications include:Merchandising and/or retail experienceHours will vary and may flex up and down during the year and certain seasonsReliable car, proof of valid car insurance, valid driver's license, and excellent driving recordSuccessful completion of background check, drug screen, and driving record checkMust own a smartphone/tablet with a minimum 2GB monthly data service planMust own an iPhone 11 or newer or an iPad with an iOS of 18 or any Android device with the last two OS versions (version 12 through 13)Excellent communication skillsAbility to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic, be proactive, and ability to overcome obstaclesLove Gift CardsPhysical Demands include:Bending, squatting, extending arms upward and downward, standing for long periods at a timeLifting and/or transporting boxes up to 30 lbs.Ability to move fixtures on wheelsRead and understand directions and instructions on Smartphones or tabletsHourly Rate Range: $17.00 to $18.50 per hour.
