Duties include processing parts for internal tools, organizing incoming stock, labeling outgoing parcels, and preparing parts for internal use.Reporting LineThis position reports to the Warehouse Manager.Your RoleAccurately receives incoming shipments from customers and vendors and checks them in as expected in multiple systems while ensuring inventory count remains accurateInspects and verifies incoming goods against invoices or other documents, records shortages and rejects damaged goodsAccepts or returns merchandise according to established company procedures.Organizes distribution and shipping of merchandise. Makes necessary verifications against documents, unpacks, and routes goods to appropriate storage areas. Handles customer pick-ups and drop-offs as needed.May operate a forklift, hand truck or related equipment to load, unload, transport and store goodsMaintains inventory system and escalates issues immediately for resolution.Picks parts from inventory based on an internal ticket system and acts as a customer service agent to support the engineering team.Contacts internal and external resources for various information. Contacts transport companies and suppliers in order to expedite, trace, or return merchandise that does not conform to specifications or purchase orders.Assembles containers and crates, packs goods to be shipped and prepares identifying information and shipping instructions.Knows safe storage and handling procedures for various chemicals and materials.Knows proper shipping procedures for the transportation of dangerous goods.Takes inventory, maintains storage area, organizes, and places stock on shelves.Prepare inventory stock for use, ie, ultrasonic cleaningEnsures warehouse area is secure at all times and does not leave the premises without securing sufficient coverage.Willing to recommend solutions to identified logistical or related problems.Other relevant duties as assigned.Qualifications (Required)Acute attention to detail.Commitment to excellence and high standards.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to manage priorities and workflow and execute tasks independently.Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, i.e., forklift and manlift, and pallet jack.Ability to perform and complete assigned tasks within a cleanroom environment.Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.Proficient with email, chat, word processing, spreadsheet and inventory related applications.Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.Ability to understand and follow all safety requirements and cautions.Ability to perform any related physical labor necessary, including the ability to work in a warehouse environment.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without issue.Qualifications (Bonus to Have)Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulationsKnowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities managementStrong procurement and negotiation skills.Familiarity with Jira, SAP, Confluence and GSuite applications.Position DetailsThe base hourly range for this full-time position is $30-35 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and EUV Tech's location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the respective role.
