Position Overview

This position would be a great fit if you are interested in learning how to arrange and manage M&A transactions. This position is a steppingstone to a high-paying M&A Director position. You will learn how to coordinate M&A transactions between mid-market businesses and private equity groups. This position requires that you work onsite at our Gilbert, AZ location 3 times per week. You will support one of IndustryPro’s Directors while training to become a Director yourself. This position entails significant training and development.


Key Responsibilities

·        Arranging and documenting calls between private equity clients and business owners

·        Building financial models and performing sensitivity analysis

·        Conducting industry analysis

·        Researching the private equity landscape

·        Developing relationships with business owners

·        Managing data rooms and assisting with due diligence


Candidate Profile

You might be a great fit for this position if you are looking to advance your career and expand your skillset. The ideal candidate is driven, organized, charismatic, and has at least a basic knowledge of financial statements. Individuals with a finance, consulting, sales, or accounting background will be given special consideration.


Required

·        Strong academic performance while obtaining a bachelor’s (and ideally a master’s) degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

·        At least 1-2 years of experience in the SMB or enterprise sales, finance, accounting, or consulting industry

·        Very comfortable with Microsoft Office suit (Outlook, Word, Excel)

·        Proactive and self-driven

·        Excellent writing skills

Compensation

The position includes $70K base + potential for $40K bonus. The position also includes generous healthcare benefits and PTO.
