ORTHOWORLD team members are committed to delivering exceptional products and services and ensuring our customers have a positive experience. To bolster our efforts, we are seeking a dedicated Customer and Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a work-from-home, salaried position with paid health and life insurance, generous time off, a health savings account and a 401(k) with employer matching. Our ideal candidate is within reasonable driving distance of Cleveland, Ohio so that we can meet in person for our quarterly planning meetings. 


Job Summary


A day in the life of our Customer and Sales Support Specialist is dynamic and multifaceted, involving proactive engagement with both customers and colleagues. In our small business, this role demands versatility and the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.


Duties


  • Answer the phone and direct callers to the appropriate person or provide direct assistance
  • Set up new Members in WordPress and CMS, our customer management system
  • Create and send invoices/sales receipts in QuickBooks and other platforms (accounts payable)
  • Update company and personal contact information in CMS as needed/requested
  • Compile performance metrics on customers’ advertising campaigns
  • Reach out to current and lapsed customers as needed/requested by the sales team to bolster overall customer service and support
  • Prepare the distribution sheet and bulk shipment details for BONEZONE magazine
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and details for conferences and company meetings
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for exhibitors and sponsors to answer their questions and assist them as needed
  • Attend OMTEC or other conferences to greet customers and prospective customers and direct them to the help they need (1-3x year)
  • Advocate for stellar customer care and continued product/service improvements
