We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving people's lives and we want YOU to join our teamWhat you will be doing:You'll be responsible for the supervision of transportation, motor pool and Salt Lake City hospitality center.Essential Functions:Plan, coordinate and supervisor the administrative and programmatic activities of the departmentEvaluate staff performance, provide staff training and implement department and personnel changesAssist the community life director in the preparation of department budge; monitor and control expenditures; and review and recommend changes to department managerAssist in the development and implementation of new or revised policies and procedures affecting community services, and transportationReview and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to studentsProvide records and reports of community services activitiesIt is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management.Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree or two (2) supervisory experience.Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency requiredValid Utah class B CDL driver's license with passenger endorsement and an acceptable driving recordManagement & Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
