  • Data Efficiency{{:}} Process employee changes and transactions accurately, from promotions to job title changes
  • System Support{{:}} Collaborate on system enhancements and upgrades, ensuring smooth processes in UKG Pro, HireRight, and related systems
  • Compliance Champion{{:}}Tackle HR compliance head-on, covering E-Verify, I-9s, background checks, audits, and more
  • Reporting Wizardy{{:}} Generate internal and external reports, meeting management needs and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Education{{:}} Associates or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required
  • Experience{{:}} 1-3 years in HR or a related field, especially in a multi-site organization supporting 1,000+ employees
  • Knowledge{{:}} Familiarity with federal/state/local laws and HRIS systems – UKG Pro preferred but not required.
  • Skills{{:}} Proficient in communication, problem-solving, and organization. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus
  • Other{{:}} Successfully pass a criminal background check
