Rate: $80-$85 / hr. w2 Responsibilities: Lead the creation of High-Level and Low-Level Design documents , including architectural decisions, capability architecture, and compliance requirements. Own the development of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) , focusing on problem statements, goals, success metrics, user personas, workflows, and launch plans. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to gather input, drive approvals, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Navigate internal processes related to privacy, security, and compliance , proactively managing documentation and approvals. Build strong cross-functional partnerships and act as a central point of coordination for project execution. Experience Requirements: High-Level Design creation (Problem Statement, Constraints, Proposed Solution, Compliance) Low-Level Design development (Component Design, Operational Aspects, Risks) Product Requirements Document expertise (Vision, Goals, Metrics, Personas, Flows, Dependencies) Familiarity with frameworks like DACIE (Driver, Approvers, Contributors, Informed, Escalation) Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
