We currently have 31 facilities, of which 28 are manufacturing facilities in five countries and our market capitalization is approximately $5.0 billion.JOB TITLE/LOCATION:Shipping Associate - Mentor, OH+ Pull stock and prepare outbound domestic and international shipments according to shipping or customer specific instructions+ Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time with a high degree of accuracy+ Operate forklift and pallet jack for material handling+ Comply with safety, security, and shop requirements+ Ensures that fill-rate and error-free shipping objectives are met+ Maintains neat and orderly layout and arrangement for stock locations+ Assists with inventory accuracy through planned physical and cycle counts+ Other duties as assigned+ Attendance at work is an essential function of the jobEDUCATION: + High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent education and experienceSKILLS / CERTIFICATIONS:+ Frequent lifting, pushing and pulling of products+ Strong organizational skills, including time-management+ Strong attention to detail+ Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environmentRBC Bearings is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
