Senior Product Associate Instrument Reference Data (IRD) Product & TransformationUnleash your expertise in product development and optimization by leveraging user research, analyzing metrics, and collaborating across one of the world's most innovative financial organizations.As a Senior Product Associate Instrument Reference Data (IRD) Product & Transformation within Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), you will contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization, supported by user research and customer feedback to innovate and improve products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in shaping the future of our products and ensuring ongoing success is a crucial key.Job ResponsibilitiesPartners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our data consumersConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product developmentAnalyze data to explain differences and inform stakeholders during requirements gathering and executionSupport planning and project management for the adoption of strategic platforms across Risk and Compliance business lines, collaborating with Technology and Operations teamsBuild and maintain relationships with business and operational stakeholders across functional areasGather, analyze, specify, and test requirements within an Agile development framework, ensuring translation into effective technical solutionsOversee end-to-end delivery of business requirements, including project planning, milestone tracking, and resource prioritizationIdentify and define process improvement opportunitiesMaintain and prioritize a backlog of requests to align resources with top prioritiesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience with Equities Instrument Reference dataBasic SQL query writing skills, frequently used for data analysisPrior experience in product managementJPMorgan Chase & Co. is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Veterans
