As the Nurse Supervisor Oncology, you will play a large role in providing clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care of individuals undergoing treatment, interdisciplinary collaboration for development of individualized care plans, patient and family support, symptom management, palliative care, participating in community events and educational programs to help raise awareness, identifying areas of improvement and collaboration for implementation of evidence-based practices, and ensuring physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of patients are being met. Top applicants will have their BSN, oncology experience, BLS and ACLS certified, and a registered nurse.
