Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Mill Valley, CA (On-site) Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our collaborative pediatric therapy team. Our mission is to empower children-from birth to young adulthood-to participate in life to their fullest abilities. Through evidence-based and meaningful therapy, we help children build confidence in their ability to speak, communicate, and eat successfully. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver individualized speech, language, and feeding/swallow therapy sessions Conduct evaluations and write detailed reports Maintain thorough documentation, including SOAP notes and progress updates Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to discuss goals and progress Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CFs welcome) Current state license and certifications required Pediatric experience preferred Strong interest in feeding and swallowing therapy Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) Professional development assistance Supportive and relaxed work environment with opportunities for leadership growth If you're interested, please let me know a convenient time to chat.
