Job Responsibilities Provide quality patient care according to facility protocols and care plans. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
