We are looking for a highly skilled CNA to undertake a variety of tasks such as placement and scheduling of employees and seeing patients in a facility setting. The CNA/Scheduler must be an excellent communicator, and be able to foster relationships with employees, clients, and the client's families. The goal is to ensure that the company’s staffing requirements are always met and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment.

This position is onsite Monday-Friday from 9a-3p and will participate in an on-call rotation of one to two weekends per month.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the company
  • Liaise with recruiting and human resources departments to fill vacancies in a timely manner
  • Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
  • See patients in the facility setting and assist with any care requirements

Skills

  • Proven experience as staffing coordinator or similar position (minimum of one year of experience - home care or AL/SNF facility preferred)
  • Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practices
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
