  • Responsible for managing medium to large-sized, moderately to highly complex projects
  • Project Management Expertise
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Waterfall) and tools
  • Proficiency in resource management practices and change management techniques
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor project leaders and project management staff
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects with varying levels of complexity
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate and align multiple stakeholders across the enterprise
  • Experienced in conveying complex project details to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to identify potential project risks and issues early, and to adapt plans to mitigate them
  • Capable of working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Experience Required  
  • Industry Experience: Typically has 7 years of IT work experience, including 5 or more years managing projects
  • Experience with projects that involve multiple technologies and functions is expected
  • Project Management
  • Demonstrated experience in leading medium to large-sized, moderately to highly complex projects
  • Proven success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
 
Education Required    
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required.
