We are seeking an experienced Data Lead / Dataiku SME to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, with expert knowledge of the Dataiku platform. You will lead our data initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business value through data-driven insights.



Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement data strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and workflows within the Dataiku platform.
  • Ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of data throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis to uncover insights, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
  • Mentor team members on best practices in data management and utilization of Dataiku features.
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments in data analytics and Dataiku updates.
  • Manage data governance and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.



Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a data-related role, with a focus on data analytics and management.
  • Proven expertise in Dataiku DSS, including building data pipelines, machine learning models, and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and database management.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data manipulation languages.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
