How will I help?
An excellent opportunity exists for a self-motivated and highly dedicated individual to join the WIB Facility Control team in Corporate and Institutional Banking. In a newly created position in New York in response to WIB's growth plans, you will be responsible for the Facility Control activities relating to WIB's Corporate and Institutional clients.
Responsibilities and daily tasks include
Analyst
- Credit Risk Data Management in Risk Systems
- Customer Data Management in Risk Systems
- Control and Management of WIB Facilities in Credit Risk systems
- Reflect Credit Decision and Facility documentation terms in risk and product systems.
- Facility Exception Management
- Adhere to Business processes, Juno Controls, WIB Credit Policy & Compliance guidelines
Senior Analyst
- Complete Hindsight Check of Risk Data and Facility data changes.
- Training of Staff and updates to process manuals
- Facilitate workflow and management of requests
- Represent WIB Facility Control and provide Subject Matter Expertise in Working Group meetings.
- Subject Matter Expert of Credit Connect (WIB's Credit Origination, Risk data and Exposure application)
- Credit Risk Data and Customer Data Management
- Control and Management of WIB Facilities in Credit Risk systems
- Facility Exception Management
- Adhere to Business processes, Juno Controls, WIB Credit Policy & Compliance guidelines
You will be exposed to an extensive range of the WIB products and portfolios, developing a strong operational knowledge of WIB processes and related credit exposure product systems, including the processing of Credit Approvals, establishment and maintenance of WIB facilities accordance to Facility Documentation, and reconciliation of Exception and Audit reports. You will also gain a solid understanding of credit policies, reporting requirements and the end to end Credit Cycle process across WIB.
Excellent teamwork and a collaborative approach are vital for daily interaction with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, Credit Analysts, Legal, and Operations teams across the WIB business.

Fixed Comp Range of $90,000 USD - $110,000 USD depending on experience.
What do I need?
- Working knowledge of Institutional Banking Products and Policy (preferred)
- Working knowledge of a Credit Cycle process from origination to post Approval
- Analyst: 3+ years general banking experience, preferable Facility/Product Operation team or relationship support role
- Senior Analyst: 3+ years general banking experience and Data Quality Check role, preferable Facility/Product Operation team or relationship support role.
- Ability to review Facility Documentation to identify Facility attributes and borrower structure of Loans
- Tertiary education in business discipline (preferred)
- Demonstrate high level of attention to detail
- Relationships conducted in a professional manner displaying integrity, strategic thinking and decision making skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Analysis, problem solving, Organisational & Time management skills
