The Sr. Product Manager will manage and coordinate the execution for key strategic programs and products related to our member portal and mobile app strategy. The Sr. Product Manager will oversee day-to-day activities to ensure that our member experience meets the need of our sales growth plans. The Sr. Product Manager will work collaboratively with the customer and digital experience team to ensure the voice of the customer is integrated into product development and market offering. This role must work cross-functionally to achieve departmental level objectives in support of the strategic plan. This position functions as a thought leader focusing on industry trends and assessing gaps to define and expand the product offering. The Sr. Product Manager is also responsible for ensuring the product receives the appropriate prioritization and funding from the organization.ResponsibilitiesHow do I make an impact on my team?
