Job Title: Cath Lab Technician Job Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30) Guaranteed Hours: 36 for 12-hour shifts / 40 for 8/10-hour shifts Experience: 18 months of experience required in specialty; 2 years preferred License: FL state license required Certifications: ARRT, AHA ACLS, AHA BLS (RCIS preferred) Must-Have: Nicotine-free status, compliance with facility requirements Job Description: - Seeking a team player with Cardiac Cath experience. - First-time travelers are accepted. - Opportunity to float within scope to meet facility needs. - Will be required to float to all 3 sister facilities within 20 miles. - Must complete time-sensitive modules upon confirmation. - Must include all requested time off upfront; additional time off requests will not likely be approved. - Completes EKG and Pharm test during orientation, with a maximum of two attempts for each. - Must be nicotine-free; a negative 10 Panel Nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen is required within 12 months of start. - Two references from a direct supervisor/manager or director for the unit are required. - Smoke-free facility policy is strictly enforced. - Vaccination required for COVID-19 and Flu, with medical/religious exemptions only.
